With Marvel's Captain America Civil War premiering in our back yard tomorrow night, I thought a little simulation might help set the tone for the kind of dynamics I want to see on display in Civil War. Is Tony Stark going to get the heal heat? Will Captain America stay a white meat babyface? Avengers Assemble in the Squared Circle.

B&R: How The Avengers Should Have Ended

If Batman and Black Widow mated they would have the most bad ass child ever. I love how Superman is phased out by the piles of cash.

AVENGERS MARATHON DAY

Image
DANI & STEPHEN'S  AVENGERS MARATHON DAY  On May 3rd of the year 2012, there cam a day like no other, we took time off from work to go to AMC SUNSET PLACE and sit through a Marvel movie all day marathon. We took pictures and met cool people and got our minds blown yet again by the Avengers.   The HALF ASS-embled Avengers. I 'm really just jealous. Thor makes the team though, I have a crush on him. The Marvel Marathon consisted of all five of the previous Avenger outings, Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 2, Thor, and Captain America, culminating in the midnight 3D release of The Avengers. We at Vundablog had already seen Avengers, but watching it again was no less exciting and thrilling than the first time. Plus, we got to see the scene that they had been hinting at, the "emergency filmed" scene, and let me just say, it cements my love for Joss Whedon for all time. See after the jump for more pictures from the...

The Avengers :Yeah you're gonna want to see it.

THE AVENGERS PREVIEW- REVIEW IN STEREO  STEPHEN = RED DANIELLE= Before the terrifying Disney legal monsters come and take down this post I will commit to NO SPOILERS, though by now a few thousand people have seen the movie so I mean "eh". I saw Avengers this weekend with fellow blogger Stephen Escudero. I know I'm cool. We were very lucky to have a last minute connect. So we woke up at 7am and we were on our way to the movies. For a possible 10am viewing, it was however first come first serve and we could've been turned away. The wait was pretty smooth, the anticipation was the worst thing. The security for the event was no joke, they were protecting the movie at every turn from dastardly pirates. We got pretty good seats center and to the right. The people running the preview event really wanted people to see the movie, they packed people everywhere they could spare with out getting them in the aisles(you know in ...

6 reasons to like The Incredible Hulk

Image
So I make my triumphant return to blogging rejuvenated and ready to review ass and blog names.  SPOILERS AHOY, MATES!!!! The Incredible Hulk!!! 6. Edward Norton - Has made me edit Best Incarnations . He was perfect. He put the Hulk in real life situations like trying to have sex, and on the run believably. I am also really into the idea that Banner is trying to master his rage through meditation it gives him a more global and batman vibe.  5. The Leader - I'm not a big Hulk fan and I really know very little about the character, his rogues, and his history. However, I do have rudimentary knowledge on the finer points of his rogues and the Leader I always thought was the lamest, but had the most potential. I am hyped at the prospect of the Leader actually being committed to film. Tim Blake Nelson is brilliant, he is way underused and should've gotten an oscar for his performance in O' borther where art thou. He is really going...

Best Incarnations part 1 Avengers

Image
I was thinking about all the different actors and actresses that have played/voiced super heroes and Ithought what would be the definitive best performance of acharacter by an actor. This is a little similar to Chorus of Comics but different. Chorus of Comics is the voice I hear when reading comics. Best Incarnations will be who is the single best actor/actress who has played the role. Since their has been a lot of love for Iron Man and interest in the Avnegers, I'll stay on that and keep this blog about Avengers. BEST IRON MAN/TONY STARK Easy,  Robert Downey Jr. their isn't much comp etition as far as incarnations. The 90's cartoon is almost unwatchable, his guest spot on Spiderman and his Amazing Friends never set the world ablaze, the Ultimate Avengers movie kept Tony and Ironman rather stale, and I don't even remeber his performance in the short lived Avengers show. So Robert Downey Jr. is the champ but he really has no competition. BEST CA...
